DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOM JEWELLERY ALTERATIONS SERVICE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes! If you've ever wanted that necklace or bracelet, say, and thought I wish it were longer/ shorter, we can adjust it all free of charge with your order. Just send us the dimensions of how you would like it to look, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. The same goes for particular earrings. We can swap around the fixings, from stud to wire and vice versa. Please add a note to your order, and we're onto it immediately.

WHAT IS THE METAL PURITY & WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR  MY JEWELLERY?

Medusa London is a registered jeweller with the London Assay Office. We have own own London Assay Office hallmark ML.

Our designs use the finest 925 silver, recycled 925 silver, and top-grade beautiful gemstones. To maintain their beauty, avoid contact with hairsprays, perfume, and lotion products - as these can cause silver to tarnish.
Frequently polish your treasures using a silver polishing cloth, quickly picked up from major supermarkets. Please avoid using "silver dip' as it is too harsh and unnecessary should you follow these simple steps.
When not wearing your pieces, carefully store them in their original pouch/ box or zip-lock bag to maintain their shine, and they will love you forever!

Your brand new sparkly treasures will be lovingly packaged in our beautiful branded recycled gift boxes, pouches or bags, depending on the item.

We usually use 1st class Royal Mail or equivalent.

Due to the mail strikes, the estimated delivery time currently is 3 -5 working days; this has improved in some areas.

We offer free UK postage over £40/ free international over £60; the buyer is responsible for import and customs charges.

We cannot be accountable for delays caused by couriers.
